"Prize redemption has been frustrating"
To be fair, I wasn’t expecting everything to happen instantly, but the whole prize redemption process has been a mess. I’m still waiting on my prize, and when I reached out for help, I didn’t really get any useful answers. Disappointing experience overall.
"Definitely needs more upkeep"
The place just felt a bit run down inside. Like, it wasn’t terrible, but you could tell it really needs more regular upkeep
"Too Many Broken Games for My Liking"
I came in excited to play, but too many of the arcade machines were either turned off, had sticky buttons, or took my credits without working. The staff did help me out once, which I appreciated, but after that it kept happening and got frustrating. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do expect most of the games to actually work if I’m paying to play. Ended up feeling like a waste of time.
"Hours listed online were wrong"
I checked the hours online before heading over and planned my day around them, but they turned out to be wrong. It was frustrating because the bad schedule info basically made the whole trip a waste of time. Has anyone else run into this issue?

"Never heard back"
I reached out to support and just kind of waited... and waited. A few days went by, I kept checking my email in between other stuff, thinking maybe I missed something, but nope. No reply at all.

"Honestly, just too packed for me"
I don’t know, maybe I caught it at the wrong time, but the place was absolutely packed and everything felt like it was moving in slow motion. I kept thinking the wait would be almost over and then nope, still standing there. By the time I finally got through it, I was already kind of over the whole thing. Not really worth the hassle for me

"Felt run down"
So... I went in expecting a fun day, but the whole place just felt really neglected. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms were gross, and a few areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. it didn’t feel worth the trip, and I wouldn’t go back

"Decent spot, but parking was a headache"
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and there were a few things I liked, but parking was a real hassle. It was hard to find a spot, and getting in and out wasn’t very convenient. If the access were better, I probably would’ve enjoyed it a lot more.

"I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving my kid there"
I still remember standing there watching the kids run all over the place and feeling that knot in my stomach. The staff didn’t seem to be paying much attention, and it made me feel uneasy. I really wanted to feel like my child was safe and being watched closely, but that wasn’t the impression I got.

"Service felt a bit colder than other places"
I stopped in hoping for a decent experience, but the staff didn’t come across very welcoming. When I asked a couple of questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing them, and the answers were short. I get that everyone has busy days, but compared with other similar places I’ve been to, the service here felt noticeably less friendly. It left me with a disappointing impression

"Felt overpriced and a bit unclear"
I felt like it was too pricey for what it was. I went in expecting better value, but by the end I was kind of left in the dark about what I was really paying for. It just didn’t feel worth the money to me

"We had my kid’s birthday party here and..."
We had my kid’s birthday party here and it was kind of a mess. The staff seemed like they didn’t really know what was going on, and when I tried to ask questions I kept getting transferred around instead of anyone actually helping me. Check-in took forever, the food came out late, and by that point I was already irritated. The kids still managed to have some fun, but for what we paid, I definitely left disappointed

I just tried it recently, so maybe it’s still fresh in my mind, but I really didn’t have much fun with it. It felt boring the whole time, and after that last session, I don’t feel like going back to it.

"Most of the attractions were closed"
We went expecting to spend the whole day there, but a lot of the attractions were either closed or not running. For the price, it was disappointing. I really wish they had been more upfront about what would actually be open before we arrived. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were putting it back on me for not checking more, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

"I waited in the queue for way..."
I waited in the queue for way too long, it made the whole thing even more disappointing. When I finally got my food, it was cold, and the drinks were flat. For what I paid, I really expected better. Definitely not worth it
